Brenda J. Stout CPA is in charge of the business consulting arm of Mustang Accounting and handles all audited, reviewed or compiled financial statements. Ms. Stout worked formerly with the Miami office of Ernst & Young (a "Big 5" accounting firm) in their audit and entrepreneurial services departments, where she developed a strong background in pension plans and in not-for-profit qualifications, reporting and compliance. After moving to Las Vegas, Ms. Stout was the Director of Finance for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a dual degree in Accounting and International Finance and is certified in Nevada and Florida.

Sonja Torralva is Mustang Accounting's personal and corporate income tax expert and is our primary consultant in estate and succession planning. Ms. Torralva has a Masters degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and later taught in the Masters of Accounting programs at National University in San Diego and at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV). She is certified in California.

Gloria Dillian is responsible for bookkeeping and payroll reporting for Mustang Accounting's clients. Ms. Dillian handles accounting systems setup for both QuickBooks and Peachtree and enjoys working closely with emerging and home-based businesses. She earned her BBA in Accounting at UNLV.
